Highland Ave Renovation
Highland was a very interesting opportunity for our company. We purchased the house from two sisters who had lost their father and recently had to move their mother to assisted living. The sisters grew up in the house but it had not been updated in years and fell into disrepair. We felt that we could bring the house back to its former glory while modernizing the property. Our eventual buyer loved the house and the value we provided in the neighborhood.
Lots of overgrowth with the trees and bushes. Plus the faded siding needed some love!

Since this picture was taken in the winter, it looks a little bare but once the leaves came back and flowers in front bloomed, the house had a very clean look. We also built a large deck in the back of the house.

The kitchen had not been renovated in decades. When the base cabinets were removed, we could see through to the basement.

Beautiful high-end cabinets and marble countertops - unlike nearly any house at this price point.
